Statewide Closure conference a resounding success

The Jewish Healthcare Foundation and the Coalition for Quality at the End of Life (CQEL) convened thought leaders from around the Commonwealth to formulate a consensus strategy to align practice with patient and family preference, to highlight potential policies that inhibit the provision of preferred care, and to promote engagement of consumers in their own care and care decisions.
