In recognition of National Healthcare Decisions Day, members of the Jewish Healthcare Foundation Aging Team were available on April 17 and 18 to answer questions about advance directives and how to name a healthcare agent. Staff were encouraged to stop by, ask questions, and get additional information.

National Healthcare Decisions Day (NHDD) is held annually to inspire, educate, and empower the public and providers about the importance of advance care planning. Since its inception, JHF has had a steadfast commitment to end-of-life care, and a critical component of this is gaining knowledge about and comfort with conversations around care at the end of life.
