HIV/AIDS
Addressing the epidemic through public health programs, provider collaboration, and administration of public funds

Collaboration and Comprehensive Care
Since 1992, JHF has managed programs focused on improving health outcomes in response to the HIV epidemic by supporting those in southwestern Pennsylvania who have contracted the virus.
Selected by the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania to be its administrative agent for state and federal HIV/AIDS funding in the southwestern region, JHF evaluates and monitors numerous grants each year while providing statewide leadership, education, and advocacy.
Collaboration is at the heart of our work to make new cases of HIV rare in Pennsylvania, engage and sustain individuals living with HIV into medical care and treatment, and reduce new AIDS cases by 95% before the year 2030.
