The Pittsburgh Regional Health Initiative (PRHI) presented at the NRHI R.E.A.L. Solutions event on October 27. Manager of Lean Healthcare Strategy and Implementation Jennifer Condel, SCT(ASCP)MT and Practice Transformation Specialist Carol Frazer, MEd, LPC shared insights from a recent project, in which they supported Cornerstone Care staff to integrate a new behavioral health role into their workflow. The presentation by PRHI and Cornerstone Care provided attending organizations a framework and on-the-ground perspective for implementing similar processes as they add behavioral health roles and processes within their teams.
